This year, Federal Post #19 will celebrate the 4th of July twice. On Friday the 4th , the Post will open at 1 pm and hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken will be served until 4pm. Later that evening, we will do a toast to the 249th anniversary of our nation’s birth and our journey celebrating the Legion’s America 250

LZ stands for Landing Zone.  The first Saturday in July Wear your camouflage or your LZ 19 tshirt.  Door prizes and light refreshments while they last.  The kitchen will be open.  From Vietnam to Afghanistan, all branches of the U.S. military and civilians used landing zones to transition personnel and equipment into and out of combat areas
